Jesus Christ has done it all for you

Blessed [be] the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly [places] in Christ:

According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love: Eph 1:3-4KJV

According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that [pertain] unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue: 2 Pet 1:3KJV

And He [that same Jesus Himself] is the propitiation (the atoning sacrifice) for our sins, and not for ours alone but also for [the sins of] the whole world. 1 John 2:2 KJV

When he served as a sacrifice for our sins, he solved the sin problem for good-not only ours, but the whole world’s. 1 John 2:2 MESSAGE

The scriptures above show and prove for us what Jesus Christ has done for us. First, we are told that because of the finished work of Jesus Christ on the cross we are blessed with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ. Secondly, God’s divine power has given us all things that pertain unto life and godliness. And thirdly, we are told he solved the sin problem for good and not only for those of us who are born again, but for the whole world.

So now, what are we going to do with all this? How are we going to benefit from what Jesus has done and enjoy it? We are supposed to believe and receive it. The word of God is of no effect until faith is mixed with it, so just believe and receive what God has said in his word. Whenever you stand on the word of God, He is always prepared to bring it to pass in your life. If you will allow these words to gain access into your spirit, and begin to respond by faith to them, you will discover how wonderful it is to be alive. Amen
