You are the Righteousness of God in Christ

For he hath made him [to be] sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.
2 Cor 5:21 KJV
According to the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ, righteousness is firstly the nature of God which was imparted into your spirit when you got born again. And secondly, righteousness produces the rightness of God or the character of God in your human spirit giving you the ability to act or do right.
Who was put to death for our evil-doing, and came to life again so that we might have righteousness.
Rom 4:25 ( Bible in basic english)
In Him also you were circumcised with a circumcision not made with hands, but in a [spiritual] circumcision [performed by] Christ by stripping off the body of the flesh (the whole corrupt, carnal nature with its passions and lusts).
[Thus you were circumcised when] you were buried with Him in [your] baptism, in which you were also raised with Him [to a new life] through [your] faith in the working of God [as displayed] when He raised Him up from the dead.
Col 2:11-12 AMP
God’s Son shines out with God’s glory, and all that God’s Son is and does marks him as God. He regulates the universe by the mighty power of his command. He is the one who died to cleanse us and clear our record of all sin, and then sat down in highest honor beside the great God of heaven.
Heb 1:3TLB
So when you were born again you were born as righteous as God Himself. God performed a spiritual circumcision: the cutting away of the whole sin nature. Understand that righteousness gives you the ability to stand in the presence of God without any sense of guilt, condemnation or inferiority, because according to Romans 8:1 there is therefore now no condemnation for those in Christ Jesus.
The quality of your life depends on your understanding of your righteousness in Christ because your ignorance of it will not make you to rule and reign in life. So receive and believe what God say about you and begin to rule and reign in life, you are the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus. Hallelujah
